Our artisan gelato is made with fresh ingredients, including locally sourced fruits, and is never kept for more than a few days. This helps accentuate the individual flavours and the smooth texture you love!
We don't put food dye or powder mixes in our gelato - the colours you see come naturally from our ingredients.
Gelato should be a refreshing snack, not a weight in your stomach. While gelato will always be sweet, the sugar often comes naturally from fruit, or from the chocolate mixed into a smooth stracciatella. Not only that, but the fats in gelato are mostly natural (from dairies, nuts, or chocolate).
We don't need to use any additives to support lengthy and possibly warm shipping. Instead, our chef makes all of our gelato fresh in our kitchen.
