We believe that no business is too large or too small to make an impact on its environment. For this reason, we are always on the look out for ways that we can reduce our environmental impact while still providing the cakes, pastries, and coffee you love. In order to follow sanitation guidelines for our pastries, each sweet in our display window rests on top of a small plastic plate. We invite our guests to bring those back once they've collected 10. In exchange, we'll give you a taste of one of our freshly-baked cookies, and then sanitize your returned trays for future use!
Each day our guests walk away from our shop with boxes of pastries and cups of caffeinated gold. We can't avoid food packaging, but we can ensure that it is compostable and, when possible, vegware.
There are some Made in Italy flavours that can't be replaced, but for everything else, we aim to shop local; providing a unique and tasty blend of British and Italian ingredients.
